Kemer, graduated from Atatürk University, The School of Nursing in 2009. In 2014, she completed nursing management master program in Atatürk University, The Institute of Health Sciences. In 2017, she completed doctorate program in Karadeniz Technical University, The Institute of Health Sciences, The Department of Nursing. Between 2009 and 2011, she worked as a registered nurse in Atatürk University Health Research and Application Hospital, Anaesthesia and Reanimation Intensive Care Unit.
