Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı lisansüstü öğrencilerinin lisansüstü eğitimde örgüt iklimine yönelik görüşleri ile lisansüstü eğitime yönelik tutumları arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesidir. Ayrıca cinsiyet, yaş, medeni durum, lisansüstü eğitim aşaması, lisansüstü eğitim programı, masrafları karşılama yolu değişkenlerine göre lisansüstü öğrencilerin LEÖİÖ, akademik iklim, sosyal iklim, yönetimsel iklim, bölüm iklimi, öğretim üyesi ile ilişkili iklim ve danışman ile ilişkili iklim alt boyutları ve LEYTÖ, kolaylaştırıcı roller, profesyonel tanınırlık, engelleyici faktörler alt boyutları skorlarının incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini lisansüstü öğrenciler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklem grubunu ise 2022-2023 eğitim-öğretim yılında Trabzon Üniversitesinde öğrenim gören 161 lisansüstü öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma nicel araştırma yöntemi kapsamında ilişkisel tarama modeli ile yürütüldü. Araştırma verilerinin toplanmasında Kişisel Bilgi Formu, LEÖİÖ ve LEYTÖ kullanıldı. Verilerin analizinde SPSS 23 istatistik programı kullanıldı. Analizler sonucunda Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Anabilim Dalı öğrencilerinin Bölüm İklimi düzeyleri diğer anabilim dallarına kıyasla düşük olduğu saptandı. Tez aşamasında olan öğrencilerin Danışman ile İlişkili İklim düzeyleri ders aşamasında olan öğrencilere göre daha yüksek olduğu sonucuna ulaşıldı. Çalışmayan öğrencilerin çalışan öğrencilere göre Danışman ile İlişkili İklim düzeylerinin yüksek olduğu ortaya çıktı. Tez aşamasında olan öğrencilerin Öğretim Üyesi ile İlişkili İklim alt boyutu puanı ders aşamasında öğrencilerine göre daha yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Kadın öğrencilerin Profesyonel Tanınırlık düzeyleri erkek öğrencilerden daha yüksek olduğu tespit edildi. Tez aşamasında olan öğrencilerin Profesyonel Tanınırlık düzeyleri ders aşamasında olan öğrencilerden yüksek olduğu saptandı. Çalışmayan öğrencilerin Profesyonel Tanınırlık düzeylerinin çalışan öğrencilerden yüksek olduğu ortaya çıktı. Son olarak katılımcıların örgüt iklimi düzeyleri arttıkça lisansüstü eğitime yönelik tutumlarının da arttığı tespit edildi.
The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between postgraduate students' views on organizational climate in postgraduate education and their attitudes towards postgraduate education. In addition, according to the variables of gender, age, marital status, graduate education stage, graduate education program, way of covering expenses, graduate students' LEÖİÖ, academic climate, social climate, administrative climate, department climate, climate associated with the faculty member and climate associated with the advisor, and It was aimed to examine the scores of LEYTÖ, facilitating roles, professional recognition, and disabling factors sub-dimensions. The universe of the research consists of postgraduate students. The sample group of the research consists of 161 graduate students studying at Trabzon University in the 2022-2023 academic year. The research was carried out with the relational survey model within the scope of the quantitative research method. Personal Information Form, LEÖİÖ and LEYTÖ were used to collect research data. SPSS 23 statistical program was used in the analysis of the data. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that the Department of Physical Education and Sports Department students had lower Department Climate levels compared to other departments. It was concluded that the students who are at the thesis stage have higher Counselor-Related Climate levels than the students who are at the course stage. It was revealed that the non-working students had higher Counselor-Related Climate levels compared to the working students. It has been determined that the students who are at the thesis stage have a higher score for the Climate Associated with the Faculty sub-dimension than their students at the course stage. Female students have higher Professional Recognition levels than male students. The Professional Recognition levels of the students who are in the Thesis Stage are higher than the students who are at the course stage. Professional Recognition levels of non-working students are higher than working students. Finally, it was determined that as the organizational climate levels of the participants increased, their attitudes towards graduate education also increased.
