Inocybe Griseotarda Poirier (Inocybaceae, Agaricales): Türkiye Mikotası İçin Yeni Bir Kayıt

Abstract

The photographs were taken before collecting the basidiomes detected in the Trabzon University Fatih Education Faculty campus and diagnosed by the morphological methods. Thin sections were obtained from the pileus, stipe and lamella for the microscopic examinations and then examined under Zeiss A2 Axio Imager research microscope. Diagnostic results were verified by the ITS analysis (GenBank code: 17931 MK431231) and the presence of the Inocybe griseotarda in Turkey is reported for the first time as a result of literature research. The basidiomes made into fungarium samples are stored in a personal fungarium of the Fatih Faculty of Education.Trabzon Üniversitesi Fatih Eğitim Fakültesi yerleşkesinde saptanan bazidiyomalarıntoplanmadan önce fotoğrafları çekilmiş, morfolojik yöntemlerle incelenerek teşhisleriyapılmıştır. Mikroskobik incelemeler için şapka, sap ve lamelden ince kesitler alınmış,amonyak ve Kongo kırmızısı ile işleme tabi tutulmuş ve daha sonra Zeiss A2 Axio Imageraraştırma mikroskobu altında incelenmiştir. Teşhis sonuçları ITS analizleri ile doğrulanmış(Genbankası kodu: 17931 MK431231) ve kaynak araştırmaları sonucunda Inocybegriseotarda’nın Türkiye’deki varlığı ilk kez rapor edilmiştir. Fungaryum numunesi halinegetirilen kurutulmuş mantar örnekleri Fatih Eğitim Fakültesi’ndeki kişisel fungaryumdasaklanmaktadır.
