Employability Perceptions of Sports Manager Candidates

Abstract

This is a descriptive study and was carried out according to the scanning model. As a data collection instruments, we used "Personal Information Form" which was designed by the researchers and "Employability Scale". The dependent variable of the study was the perception of employability, while the independent variables were gender, age, formation status and academic average. As a result of the data collection process, the obtained data were transferred to computer, descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation test were employed. As a result of the analysis, it was revealed that the employability perceptions of the sports manager candidates were above the middle level. In addition, it was also found that the employability perceptions of sports manager candidates differ significantly according to gender, age, formation status and academic average.
