Lacrymaria Hypertropicalis (Guzmán, Bandala & Montoya) Cortez (Psathyrellaceae): Türkiye Mikotası İçin Yeni Bir Kayıt

Abstract

Lacrymaria hypertropicalis (Guzmán, Bandala & Montoya) Cortez is reported for the first time from Turkey at the end of the examination of basidiomata collected from Trabzon-Çukurçayır. Capped cystidia and ellipsoid basidiospores are displayed after dyeing the thin sections from the pileus, stipe and lamella of the dried material with Congo red and examining with light microscope. Identification is made with the help of morphological methods and then checked with ITS analysis. Description of the speciesis is given with field and microscopical photos and a short discussion.Lacrymaria hypertropicalis (Guzmán, Bandala & Montoya) Cortez TrabzonÇukurçayır’dantoplanan bazidiyomaların incelenmesi sonucu Türkiye’de ilk kez saptanmıştır.Kuru materyalin şapka, sap ve lamel kısımlarından alınan ince kesitler Kongo kırmızı ileboyanıp ışık mikroskobu ile incelenerek tokmak biçimindeki sistitler ve elipsoitbazidiyosporlar görüntülenmiştir. Teşhis morfolojik yöntemler yardımı ile yapılmış ve dahasonra ITS analizi ile kontrol edilmiştir. Türe ait betimleme, arazi ve mikroskobik resimler vekısa bir tartışma ile birlikte verilmiştir.
