Orhun Yazıtları'ndaki Sosyal Bilgiler Dersi Değerleri ve Bu Değerlere Yönelik Değer Eğitimi Etkinliklerinin Oluşturulması

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, Orhun Yazıtları'nda yer alan 2018 Sosyal Bilgiler Dersi Öğretim Programı değerlerini tespit edip bulunan değerleri kullanarak değer eğitimi yaklaşımları ile özgün etkinlikler oluşturmaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, yazıtlarda yer alan ve öğretim programı içerisinde öğrenciye kazandırılması hedeflenen değerler ile bireylere kazandırılma süreçleriyle ilgili hususlar analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen bu veriler ile değer eğitimi yaklaşımlarını benimseyerek özgün değer eğitimi etkinlikleri üretilmiştir. Nitel araştırma yaklaşımı kapsamında gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmada, Orhun Yazıtları'nda mevcut bulunan runik harf ile yazılmış metinler ve anlamlandırılmış halleri 'doküman incelemesi' metoduyla incelenmiştir. Çalışmada, verileri toplamak amacıyla geliştirilmiş olan analiz formu kullanılmış, ulaşılan verilerin çözümlenmesinde 'betimsel analiz' tercih edilmiştir. Toplanan verilerin geçerlilik ve güvenilirliklerini tespit etmek için 'uzman değerlendirmesi' yöntemi seçilmiş ve bu yöntemi uygulamak için uzman değerlendirme formları kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen sonuçlara göre ilk olarak, Orhun Yazıtları içerisinde Sosyal Bilgiler Dersi Öğretim Programı değerlerindeki 18 değerden 17'sinin farklı miktarlarda ve yoğun olarak bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmanın ikinci kısmını ihtiva eden ders etkinlik formları meydana getirme bölümünde, yazıtlarda tespit edilen değerler ile ders etkinlikleri oluşturulmuştur. Çeşitli yaklaşım ve metotlar ile geliştirilen bu etkinliklerin, öğrencilere Sosyal Bilgiler derslerinde sunulabilme durumları, uzmanların değerlendirmelerine göre uygun görülmüş ve çalışmada sergilenmiştir.The aim of this research is to determine the 2018 Social Studies Curriculum values in the Orhun Inscriptions and to create original activities with values education approaches by using the values found. In line with this purpose, the values included in the inscriptions and aimed to be acquired by the students in the curriculum and the issues related to the processes of gaining them to individuals were analyzed. With these data obtained, original value education activities were produced by adopting value education approaches. In this study, which was carried out within the scope of the qualitative research approach, the texts written in runic letters in the Orkhon Inscriptions and their meanings were examined by the 'document analysis' method. In the research, the analysis form developed as a data collection tool was used, and the 'descriptive analysis' method was preferred in the analysis of the data obtained in the study. In order to determine the validity and reliability of the collected data, the 'expert evaluation' method was chosen and expert evaluation forms were used to apply this method. According to the results obtained in the research, firstly it was determined that 17 of the 18 values in the Social Studies Curriculum values were found in different amounts and intensely in the Orkhon Inscriptions. In the section of creating lesson activity forms, which includes the second part of the research, lesson activities were created with the values determined in the inscriptions. The ability of these activities, which were developed by using various approaches and methods, to be presented to students in Social Studies courses was deemed, appropriate according to the evaluations of experts and was demonstrated in the study.
