Abstract
Çalışmanın amacından hareketle Web of Science (WoS) veri tabanında “nonunionization, non-unionionzation, deunionization, de-unionization, nonunionisation, non-unionionsation, deunionisation, de-unionisation” anahtar kelimeleri kullanılarak tarama yapılmıştır.
This study aims to contribute to both the literature in the field and researchers working on this topic by highlighting the development and trends in writing on the concept of deunionization. Based on the purpose of the study, a search was conducted in the Web of Science (WoS) database using the keywords “nonunionization, non-unionization, deunionization, de-unionization, nonunionisation, non-unionisation, deunionisation, de-unionisation.” As a result of the search, 902 studies related to the subject between 1980 and 2024 were included in the sample. According to the analysis results, the most frequently used words are “impact,” “United States,” “employment,” “unionization,” and “unions.” In addition, it was found that the number of publications increased after 1992, and when examining the distribution of journals with the highest number of articles by academic institutions, it was determined that journals and universities from the Anglo-Saxon tradition played a dominant role.
