Profesyonel Futbolcuların Sosyal Güvenlik Hakları Konusundaki Farkındalık Düzeyleri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada amaç, profesyonel futbolcuların sosyal güvenlik hakları konusundaki farkındalık düzeylerini belirlemektir. Araştırmada nicel araştırma yaklaşımlarından tarama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Profesyonel futbolcuların sosyal güvenlik hakları konusundaki farkındalıklarının belirlemesi amacıyla sosyal güvenlik hakları farkındalık ölçeği geliştirilmiştir. Çalışmada veriler dört araştırma grubu üzerinden elde edilmiştir. Birinci grup madde havuzu oluşturmakta kullanılmak üzere 7 profesyonel futbolcudan elde edilmiştir. İkinci grup, 157 katılımcıdan oluşmuş ve elde edilen veriler ölçek geliştirme çalışmasında ölçeğin yapısını ortaya koymak için 'Açımlayıcı Faktör Analizinde (AFA)' kullanılmıştır. AFA sonucunda elde edilen 4 faktörlü 19 maddeden oluşan yapının doğruluğunu sınamak için 257 kişilik üçüncü çalışma grubundan elde edilen verilerle 'Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi (DFA)' yapılmıştır. Profesyonel futbolcuların sosyal güvenlik hakları farkındalık düzeyleri belirlenmesi için araştırmacının hazırlamış olduğu 'Kişisel Bilgi Formu' ve 'Profesyonel Futbolcuların Sosyal Güvenlik Hakları Farkındalık Ölçeği' kullanılmıştır. Çalışmaya 182 profesyonel futbolcu gönüllü olarak katılmış ve elde edilen veriler için betimsel analizler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Katılımcıların ölçekten aldıkları puan ortalamaları yaş, eğitim düzeyi, oynadıkları mevki gibi değişkenlere göre farklılık gösterirken; yıllık ortalama gelir miktarı, medeni durum, sahip oldukları çocuk sayısı, anne ve baba eğitim düzeyi, oynadıkları lig düzeyi, profesyonel kariyer seneleri, oynadıkları profesyonel kulüp sayısı ve ciddi sakatlık yaşama durumlarına göre farklılık göstermemektedir. Çalışmadan elde edilen sonuçlar doğrultusunda futbolcuların sosyal güvenlik hakları konusunda yeterli bilgi sahip olmadıkları tespit edilmiştir.In this study, it is aimed to determine the awareness levels of professional football players regarding their social security rights. For this purpose, the scanning method, one of the quantitative research approaches, was used in the research. A social security rights awareness scale was developed to determine the awareness of professional football players regarding their social security rights. In the study, data were obtained from four research groups. The first group was obtained from 7 professional football players to be used in creating a substance pool. The second group consisted of 157 participants and the obtained data were used in the 'Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA)' to reveal the structure of the scale in the scale development study. In order to test the accuracy of the structure consisting of 19 items with 4 factors obtained as a result of EFA, 'Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA)' was conducted with the data collected from the third study group of 257 people. In order to determine the awareness levels of professional football players regarding social security rights, the 'Personal Information Form' and the 'Professional Football Players' Social Security Rights Awareness Scale' prepared by the researcher were used. 182 professional football players participated in the study voluntarily and descriptive analyses were performed for the data obtained. While the average scores that the participants received from the scale varied according to their age, level of education, and the position they played; there is no difference in terms of annual average income, marital status, number of children they have, level of education of their mother and father, league level they play in, years of their professional career, number of professional clubs they play for and whether they have suffered a serious injury. According to the results obtained from the study, it was determined that football players do not have sufficient information about their social security rights.
