Atölye Derslerinde Sürdürülebilir Sanat Uygulaması: Kumaş Örneği

Abstract

Bu çalışmada atölye derslerinde sürdürülebilir sanat uygulaması olarak kumaş kullanan öğrencilerin süreç deneyimleri ve çalışmaları incelenmiştir. Kumaş hayatımızın her noktasında önemli bir yere sahiptir. Çağdaş sanatta malzeme olarak kullanılan kumaş, giyim- kuşamdan, mobilyaya, ev tekstil ürünlerinden, araç döşemelerine kadar her alanda sıklıkla kullanılmaktadır. Bu araştırmayla da lisans öğrencilerinin resim sanatında sürdürülebilir sanat uygulaması örneği olarak kumaşı kullandıkları yaratıcı süreç deneyimlerinin ve süreç sonunda ortaya koydukları çalışmaların eğitsel katkılarına ulaşmak hedeflenmiştir. Araştırmada lisans öğrencilerinin resim çalışmalarında alışılagelmiş boyama yerine kumaşı farklı tekniklerle kullanarak tasarlamalarına fırsat yaratılıp geçirdikleri atölye çalışma süreçlerine yönelik görüşleri ve ortaya çıkan çalışmaların uzmanlar tarafından değerlendirmeleri yapılmıştır. Araştırma süreci 2022- 2023 güz yarıyılında Trabzon Üniversitesi Fatih Eğitim Fakültesi Güzel Sanatlar Eğitimi Bölümü Resim-İş Öğretmenliği programında atölye dersi alan ve program hakkında bilgilendirilen gönüllü 6 öğrenci ile 12 haftayı tamamlayacak şekilde sürdürülmüştür. Atölye eğitimini konu alan bu tür çalışmaların lisans düzeyi sanat eğitimine yönelik farklı sanatsal teknik ve malzemelerin kullanımına ve eğitsel katkılarına yönelik bilgi sunması ve sınanmış tecrübelerin paylaşımı açısından önemlidir. Araştırmada elde edilecek süreç bulguları ve öğrenci deneyimlerinin lisans düzeyinde atölye derslerinin geliştirilmesine katkı sağladığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.In this study, the process experiences and Works of students who use fabric as a sustainable art practice in their work shop lessons will be examined. Fabric has an important place in every aspect of our lives. From clothing, furniture, home textiles, home textile products to vehicle upholstery, fabric is also used as a material in contemporary art. In this research, it was aimed to reach the educatıonal contributions of the creative process experiences of undergraduate students using fabric as an example of sustainable art practice in painting and the works they produced at the end of the process. In the research, the opinions of undergraduate students on the work shop work processes in which they were given the opportunity to design by using fabric with different techniques instead of the usual painting in their painting studies and the evaluations of the resulting works by the experts will be taken. The research period will take place in the fall semester of 2022- 2023 at Trabzon University Fatih Faculty of Education, Department of Fine Arts Education, Department of Painting and Business Education. It will be planned to complete 12 weeks with volunteer students who take work shop courses in the program and are informed about the program. Such studies on work shop education are important in terms of providing information on the use of different artistic techniques and materials and their educational contributions to undergraduate art education and the sharing of synchronized experiences. It was concluded that the process findings and student experiences to be obtained in the research contribute to the development of workshop courses at the undergraduate level.
