Abstract

Teaching Approaches of Physical Education Teacher Candidates And Their Attitudes Towards Computer Assisted Instruction Physical education and sports is a broad field that affect people in many ways, physically, pschologically, socially and culturally. Technology on the other hand, is an important part of education due to its continuous development annd change. It has paved the way for increasing the quality of education by getting more involved in it. The aim of this study is to examine the physical education teacher candidates' approaches to education and their attitudes towards the use of computer support in education. Quantitative research as a methodology approach in research Cross-sectional scanning method will be used. The sample group of the research is physical education teacher candidates studying at university. As a data collection tool, in addition to personal information forms, physical education teacher's teaching styles value perception scale and attitude scale towards computer-assisted education were used. SPSS 21.0 statistical package program was used to analyze the data. T-test, ANOVA and Pearson correlation test were used as statistical tests. The use of styles by teachers decreases as one moves from the discovery (learner-centered) approach to the presentation (teacher-centered) approach. There was a negative and low-level significant relationship between the level of use of teaching styles and the student's design style, the class variable and the self-teaching style, the GPA and the student's initiation and self-teaching style. On the other hand, there were significant differences between the teaching styles and value perceptions, between the gender variable and participation, the production of different ways and the student's design styles, the age variable and the student's design style, computer usage level and command style. A significant difference was found in the variable of whether the computer is suitable for sports education. The important point in terms of computer-assisted education was that, as predicted, there was a significant difference in students with a personal computer, while the level of computer use, computer training and computer support had no effect on the result. There was a significant difference in the dimension that computer-assisted education is suitable for sports education. When we examined the relationship between the level of use of teaching styles and computer-assisted education in general terms, it was seen that there was no significant difference between them. It has been revealed that there is a high-level significant relationship in the command style and a low-level significant relationship in the one-correct style between the value perceptions of teaching styles and computer-assisted education. Teknoloji ise sürekli gelişim ve değişim göstermesi sebebiyle eğitimin içine daha fazla girerek eğitimin niteliğinin artmasına zemin hazırlamıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı ise beden eğitimi öğretmen adaylarının öğretim yaklaşımları ve bilgisayar destekli öğretim yapmaya yönelik tutumlarının incelenmesidir. Araştırmada, yöntembilim yaklaşımı olarak nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden kesitsel tarama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklem grubunu üniversitede öğrenim gören beden eğitimi öğretmen adayları oluşturulmuştur. Veri toplama aracı olarak araştırmada kişisel bilgi formunun yanı sıra beden eğitimi öğretmenleri öğretim stilleri değer algıları ölçeği ve bilgisayar destekli eğitim yapmaya ilişkin tutum ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Verilerim çözümlenmesinde SPSS 21.0 istatistik paket programı kullanılmıştır. İstatistiksel test olarak t- testi, ANOVA ve Pearson korelasyon testi kullanılmıştır. Öğretmenlerin stilleri kullanma durumları, buluş (öğrenen merkezli) yaklaşımından sunuş (öğreten merkezli) yaklaşımına gidildikçe artış göstermektedir. Öğretim stilleri kullanım düzeyi yaş değişkeni ile öğrencinin tasarımı stili, sınıf değişkeni ile kendi kendine öğretme stili, GNO ile öğrencinin başlatması ve kendi kendine öğretme stili arasında negatif yönlü düşük düzeyde anlamlı bir ilişki ortaya çıkmıştır. Öğretim stilleri değer algıları ise cinsiyet değişkeni ile katılım, farklı yollar üretimi ve öğrencinin tasarımı stilleri, yaş değişkeni ile öğrencinin tasarımı stili, bilgisayar kullanım düzeyi ve komut stili arasında anlamlı farklılığa rastlanmıştır. Bilgisayarın spor eğitimine uygun olup olmadığı değişkeninde anlamlı bir farklılığa rastlanmıştır. Bilgisayar destekli eğitim açısından önemli olan nokta kişisel bilgisayara sahip öğrencilerde tahmin edildiği üzere anlamlı farklılığa rastlanırken bilgisayar kullanım düzeyi, bilgisayar eğitimi alma ve bilgisayardan destek almanın sonuç üzerinde etkisi olmadığı görülmüştür. Bilgisayar destekli eğitimin spor eğitimine uygun olduğu boyutunda ise anlamlı farklılık görülmüştür. Genel anlamda öğretim stilleri kullanım düzeyi ve bilgisayar destekli eğitimin ilişkisini incelediğimizde aralarında anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmadığını görürken öğretim stilleri değer algılarıyla bilgisayar destekli eğitimin ilişkisi arasında komut stilinde yüksek düzeyde, tek doğru stilinde düşük düzeyde anlamlı ilişki olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.
