Akademik Öz-Yeterlik ve Akademik Güdülenme Açısından Belirsizliğe Tahammülsüzlük: Spor Bilimleri Fakültesi Örneği

Abstract

Araştırmanın temel amacı, spor eğitimi alan öğrencilerde belirsizliğe tahammülsüzlüğün eğitimde bireysel farklılıklar açısından incelenmesidir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda veri toplama amacıyla dört ayrı form kullanılmıştır. Bunlar; Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Belirsizliğe Tahammülsüzlük Ölçeği, Akademik Öz-Yeterlik Ölçeği ve Akademik Güdülenme Ölçeği'dir. Bu formların uygulandığı çalışma grubunu, 2020-2021 eğitim-öğretim yılı eğitim öğretim yılında Trabzon Üniversitesi'nde (n=326) öğrenim gören 120'si kadın 206'sı erkek, spor bilimleri fakültesi öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplama araçları ile elde edilen ham verilerin normallik dağılımları sınandıktan sonra veriler fark testlerinden t-Testi ve ANOVA, ilişki testlerinden ise Pearson Korelasyon analizi ile sınanmıştır. Verilerin analizi sonucunda; Akademik Öz-Yeterlik ve Akademik Güdülenme ölçeklerinden elde edilen veriler bağlı yaş değişkeni ile pozitif yönde ilişkiye sahip olduğu ancak diğer değişkenlere bağlı anlamlı bir sonucun olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Belirsizliğe Tahammülsüzlük Ölçeğinden elde edilen verilere göre ise; yaş ve genel not ortalaması değişkenlerine bağlı pozitif yönde ilişki olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Aynı zamanda; Akademik Öz-Yeterlik, Akademik Güdülenme ve Belirsizliğe Tahammülsüzlük ölçeklerinin toplam puanları arasında pozitif yönde bir ilişkinin olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.The main purpose of the research is to examine the intolerance of uncertainty in students receiving sports education in terms of individual differences in education. For this purpose, four different forms were used for data collection. These; Personal Information Form, Intolerance of Uncertainty Scale, Academic Self-Efficacy Scale and Academic Motivation Scale. The study group, in which these forms were applied, consists of 120 female and 206 male, sports science students studying at Trabzon University (N=326) in the academic year of the 2020-2021 academic year. After testing the normality distributions of the raw data obtained with the data collection tools, the data were tested with t-Test and ANOVA from difference tests and Pearson Correlation analysis from correlation tests. As a result of the analysis of the data; It has been determined that the data obtained from the Academic Self-Efficacy and Academic Motivation scales have a positive relationship with the dependent age variable, but there is no significant result depending on the other variables. According to the data obtained from the Intolerance of Uncertainty Scale; It has been concluded that there is a positive relationship depending on the variables of age and GPA. At the same time; It has been concluded that there is a positive correlation between the total scores of Academic Self-Efficacy, Academic Motivation and Intolerance of Uncertainty scales.
