Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı; 2018 yılında Yükseköğretim Kurulu tarafından revize edilen müzik öğretmenliği lisans programında yer alan Türk Halk Müziği (THM) derslerine yönelik akademisyen görüşlerinin incelenmesidir. Çalışma nitel araştırma yaklaşımında tasarlanmış olup, durum çalışması ve doküman analizi yöntemlerini içermektedir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, müzik öğretmenliği lisans programlarında verilen THM derslerini yürütmekte olan, amaçlı örneklem türlerinden ölçüt örnekleme yöntemi ile belirlenmiş on akademisyen oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışmada aktif olarak müzik eğitimi bölümleri bulunan ve üniversite tarafından oluşturulmuş programlarda bu derse yer veren üniversitelerin öğretim programlarında THM derslerine ilişkin içerikler incelenerek, Yükseköğretim Kurulu programı ile benzer ve farklı yönleri üzerine doküman analizi yapılmıştır. Bu analizler doğrultusunda araştırmacı tarafından mülakat soruları hazırlanmış, hazırlanan sorular üç alan ve bir ölçme uzmanı görüşlerini almak için sunulmuştur. Yapılan dönütler doğrultusunda görüşme soruları revize edilerek ilk pilot çalışma yapılmıştır. Pilot çalışma sonrasında, online platformlarda ve yüz yüze mülakatlar gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yapılan mülakatların ses ve görüntü kayıtları alınıp dikte edilmiş ve elde edilen dikteler üzerinde betimsel içerik analizi tekniği kullanılarak analizler yapılmıştır. Analizlerden elde edilen veriler ve sonuçlar tablolara dönüştürülmüş ve akademisyen ifadelerinden doğrudan alıntılarla desteklenmiştir. Yükseköğretim Kurulu Müzik Öğretmenliği Lisans Programı, Üniversitelerin öğretim programı içerikleri ve akademisyen görüşlerinden elde edilen sonuçlar doğrultusunda, çalışma sonunda öneriler sunulmuştur.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the views of the academicians about the Turkish Folk Music lessons that are revised in the department of music education by the Council of Higher Education in 2018. This study has been designed as a qualitative research which includes case study and document analysis methods. The working group of the study consists of 10 academicians who are currently instructing on Turkish Folk Music lessons that are given in the department of the music education and has been selected by criterion sampling which is one of the purposive sampling methods. In this study, the contents of the TFM lessons in the universities which actively have music education departments and in the universities which include TFM lessons in their programmes that are prepared by the university themselves are examined. A conclusion is made on document analysis about the similarities and the differences between TFM lesson contents of the Council of Higher Education Programme and the programmes stated above. In accordance with these analysis the interview questions have been prepared and presented to get the views of 3 field experts and an assesment expert by the researcher. In line with the feedbacks, the interview questions have been revised and the first pilot study has been done. After the pilot study, online and face to face interviews have been done. The audio and video recordings of the interviews that were done have been dictated and an analysis is made by using descriptive content analysis method with these dictates. The findings and the results of the analysis are tabularized and supported with the direct citations of the participants. In the end of the study, the suggestions are given in accordance with the findings form of the Council Of Higher Education Programme, the contents of the universities and views of the participants.
