Inocybe Grammatoides Esteve-Rav., Pancorbo & E.Rubio (Yahşikümbet)’in Avrupa Dışındaki İlk Kaydı

Abstract

Inocybe is a large genus whose members are mycorrhizal, meaning fibrous hat, and was first described in the Agaricus genus by the famous Swedish scientist Elias Magnus Fries. In this study, the basidiomata of I. grammatoides were collected first time in Turkey and this taxon has been determined as a new record for the Turkish Mycota. Since the species was previously identified in Spain and Italy, its existence outside of Europe was revealed for the first time with the current study. The basidiomas were detected in two separate communities on October 12, 2018 in the pine forest in the campus of Karadeniz Technical University Faculty of Medicine. Diagnosis was made according to morphological methods. Dried mushroom samples are stored in the personal fungarium at Trabzon University Fatih Education Faculty.Inocybe, lifli şapka anlamına gelen, üyeleri mikorizal olan büyük bir cinstir ve ilk olarakünlü İsveçli bilim insanı Elias Magnus Fries tarafından Agaricus cinsi içerisindetanımlanmıştır. Bu çalışmada, I. grammatoides bazidiyomaları Türkiye’de ilk kez toplanmışve bu takson Türkiye Mikota’sı için yeni bir kayıt olarak belirlenmiştir. Tür daha önce İspanyave İtalya’da saptanmış olduğundan mevcut çalışma ile Avrupa dışındaki varlığı ilk kez ortayaçıkarılmıştır. Bazidiyomalar 12 Ekim 2018 tarihinde iki ayrı topluluk halinde KaradenizTeknik Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi yerleşkesi içerisindeki çamlık alanda saptanmıştır. Teşhismorfolojik yöntemlere göre yapılmıştır. Kurutulmuş mantar örnekleri Trabzon ÜniversitesiFatih Eğitim Fakültesi’ndeki kişisel fungaryumda saklanmaktadır.
